Ledges Homeowners Association etal.) obligates us as follows:<br \/>\n\u201cPayment of the utility bill is the single shared obligation contained in petitioners\u2019 deeds, and each lot owner\u2019s pro rata share of this expense totals approximately seven dollars and twenty cents per year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beginning in 2007, we have submitted an annual payment to Duke Energy in compliance with the Court\u2019s ruling, and we respectfully ask that you apply the enclosed check #3752 to account number 0002454597. The annual payment has been adjusted for increased costs.<\/p>\n<p>The North Carolina Supreme Court ruling is posted in its entirety at www.LedgesofHiddenHills.com.
