North Carolina Supreme Court decision 640PA05 filed August 18, 2006 (Armstrong etal. v. Ledges Homeowners Association etal.) obligates us as follows: <\/p>\n<p>  \u201cPayment of the utility bill is the single shared obligation contained in petitioners&#8217; deeds, and each lot owner&#8217;s pro rata share of this expense totals approximately seven dollars and twenty cents per year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beginning in 2007, we have submitted an annual payment to Duke Energy in compliance with the Court\u2019s ruling, and we respectfully ask that you apply the enclosed check #3651 to account number 0002454597.  The annual payment has been adjusted for inflation.<\/p>\n<p>The North Carolina Supreme Court ruling is posted in its entirety at www.LedgesofHiddenHills.com.
