Robert and I were delighted to receive a copy of the Spring 2025 newsletter including an updated resident directory which we hadn’t received in 14 years. It’s good to be back in the loop. We welcome the creation of another community website bringing an additional perspective and transparency.
We have questions after reviewing the documents posted on the Residents Only page:
1. Does the Utilities category include anything other than the lighting of the entrance sign?
2. Have the By-Laws been amended since August 2006?
